I've got a pair of Shimano M032 shoes like these: In good condition with cleats fitted, size is 10.5 but I am size 10 and they are a good fit. £20 posted. Could get some photos tomorrow if you're interested.

Cheers Ned. You say it was only available in blue, but the guy that gave me this actually had another with a black top. Was this a different type of stem?

I was given this by someone who worked at Raleigh SPD who was probably given it as a sample. I have had it since the early '90s. I have always really liked this stem, and even got a frame painted the same colour to match. I cannot find anything similar online. Anyone got any ideas.

Got one here. It's seen better days, but is perfectly serviceable, just a bit scuffed.

Here's a picture: Very little wear to cage - the marks on the cage are watermarks which have since polished off.

Got exactly what you are asking for. Coincidentally, I have just taken this off my '98 P7, which I have stripped and sold elsewhere. Only thing I'm not sure of is the age it's an M738 if that helps. £12 posted.
