Measurement from center of the bottom braket to the top of the top tube is 19" . Top tube is 22" center of seat tube to center of headstock tube. Hope this helps. Col.

It must be a 19.5" then. It's deffo not a 21.5. Where on earth they measured to and from is a mystery, maybe to the top of the seat tube. Col.

I'd say it was a 19", but it depends where you measure from. That's 19" from center of bottom bracket to top of top tube, so you could say it was 18" if you measure from the top of the bottom bracket. Col.
