Where did those snappy red elastomers come from? :) I found a couple of heavy valve springs that I think will work.

That's exactly how I did it...I don't like the cable ties, but they do work. I've never had a bike with a disc brake before. I'm less than impressed. I just ordered some new stainless cables to see if that will help. Thanks for your help!

So the factory cable guides are to be ignored? I've got no problem with that, I just want it to be as correct as possible. I also hate zip ties on a bike....... Thanks!

Hey Guys.......I'm new to this forum. I found another thread about this brake. It is described as a Hope brand. I am wondering about the cable routing. The pic I attached is how it was routed when I found it. The pic posted in the other thread shows the cable routed in the same fashion...
