First outing on this in over 12 months, and first since the addition of the bars/stem/seat post.
Had a blast and will definitely be taking it out more often, but too many bikes to choose from ;)
Rare outing on the Rocky Mountain today, took it to Delamere for my weekly ride with my wife.
Had to get a picture next to "No Brains" for nostalgic reasons.
Placed the bike where the drop off used to be, but 30 years of erosion have changed it a tad!
Bought these a couple of years ago and after a check-up at the local bike shop they've pretty much sat hung on my garage wall.
Both wheels on fair condition with ok brake surface.
Running true and bearings are running fine. Rear is gritty but not rumbling.
Lovely golden bronze colour that...
I don't think it's the original casette so not much help I'm afraid.
The catalogue needs downloading to be able to see it properly but doesn't actually give cassette spec.
I'm sure somebody on here would know exact spec.
Mine is quite simple.
Ride my retro bike more.
Rode my modern bikes loads this last 12 months but the retro didn't make it off the Turbo trainer (partly due to me not wanting to ride it in the wet).
