no joy yesterday. Can anyone recommend some good penetrating oil?

I've stripped it as much as I can and took a couple of pictures. As you can see it's in very deep. I don't have the right tools to remove the crank or bottom bracket so have squirted WD40 in the bottle cage holes to get in side the frame. Popping over to a garage tomorrow to use their vice.
