Home made "team réplica"... nothing more. Probably built on a 1995 Revolt comp base. A respray (not "period correct", dark blue was team colour after 1996, 1995 correct color would be a "Bianchi-style" clear blue ) and a pair of forks are not enough to make it look like a real "factory bike".
