I ride my brother-in-law Merlin on occasion. It's around 20lbs or less. Crazy fun to throw it around on some fun XC trails with lots of switchbacks. It really needs an airbag. ;)

Unfortunately, yes, black. I have yellow and red but this is a black/gray/3DV build.
