A Townsend Titan, from Makro! It lasted 4.5 months before the thread in the bottom bracket completely stripped and I had to get a refund. Whoever thought making a bike from 2000 series aluminium was a good idea???

This worked a treat for me today on an old Orange Clockwork frame, although, I did have to make a 40 mile round trip to my parents place to get some of the tools. Also big un-respect to my LBS (559 Cycles in Chepstow) who charged my £5 for being unable to get it out.....

Thanks Anthony just the sort of advice I need! :D I've not managed to find anything on fleabay less than 42mm, although I haven't looked very hard yet. The forks in that pic with the rear mounted brakes look ace....presumably that's an Orange specific fork that's probably rarer than hen's...

Hey all, I stumbled across this frankly fantastic site yesterday whilst trying to find out if I would be able to get the mtb I always dreamed of owning as a teenager - the Peugeot Teamline 1000 Grisley. At the time I had to make do with a slightly more budget Team (it had a similar paintjob!)...
