Re: I can find a few pairs on ebay most seem to be smoke and dart combos and they seem to be between £60 and £100 quite a few sold at that. Is £60 a fair price then?

Hi I have some original panaracer smoke tyres from a 1994 bike with hardly any wear. They have been stored in a garage, for the last 10 years off the bike. Do they have any use or value to anyone? Or are they best binned?

Re: Yes it would be for sale I am thinking of splitting it and possibly keeping some parts seat post, saddle and handlebars. The upgrades are significant but do not detract from the bike. They reduced the weight by several 100 g. The wheels are better and I have both continental road tyres and...

Re: It would seem splitting would be best. As wheels c50-100 crank c40-80 with rings, brakes c15, levers c20, monkey bar c5-15, seatpost c15-25, seat c10, derailers c25, frame c30-50, chain c5-10, pedals c5 So low end around 230? Anything seem way off? Seat is bot inform no use at all maybe...

Re: Also it doesn’t show on here but the rims are mavic 717 v brake and Deore XT hubs. The mileage can be judged from the brake blocks which are original.
