Are you fairly confident in that? I don't want to waste my time going to look at it if it's a 1" steerer, that just doesn't suit my needs....I'd really like to put a suspension fork on it and go for it! You can tell the size just by looking at it? I'm impressed...the seller has it listed as...

Can anybody help me determine this frame and forks year, and thereby its head tube size? It's a 20", and the seller is unsure. I couldn't get the serial from him, but he did find B1-0301. Would love to pick it up as it's local, but I'd like to find out all that I can before going to look...
