I've just ordered the On One Geoff bar, a budget copy of the Jones Loop bar to try out.

The current one is 18" from centre of BB to top of seat tube so I'd guess something around 20-21" should be about right.

looks like building a diy slide hammer just went on the list of useful tools to have in the back of the workshop :)

Nicely done. I've only ever trued my wheels but quite tempted to take one apart completely and try to build it back up again.

I fitted a brooks flyer, the sprung version of the B17, to my mtb/shopper/tourer. Takes the edge off the bumps and potholes and is very comfy

Thought about riser bars, which I might do as a short term fix but I think a larger frame is the way to go for the longer term.
