NOS in the sense it's never been mounted on a bike nor has it been used. Some storage marks are visible on the stickers, but are purely cosmetic. For the majority of its shelf life, the original box was missing, so that's to be expected. Works like a charm, tested in a hand dyno. £120 plus...
