Looks to me like a 1992/93 model year Marin Rockstar 750g made by Spinner. Spinner should be stamped on the dropouts. Models using a black gloss Rockstar 750g in 92 for example being the Rocky Ridge and Team Issue. There should be a date stamp on the steerer. I would try and gently remove the...
