Ukip candidate: 'Gay donkey tried to rape my horse'

Re: Re: You only have to look back through the rich history of the UK to see that it has been invaded many times over, so many of the people who moan about immigrants probably stem from one. Maybe people should research their family tree and then go back to where they originally...

Ukip candidate: 'Gay donkey tried to rape my horse'

Personally, regarding the "foreigners coming over ere taking are jobs", if someone who can't speak English well, or write well, with not much of a CV gets chosen for a job in place of an English person, then it doesn't say much about the English person.

Ukip candidate: 'Gay donkey tried to rape my horse'

UKIP lovers say that UKIP aren't bigots, homophobic or racists, then a UKIP candidate says something racist, homophobic or bigoted, and makes the party look racist/bigoted/homophobic. Said member quits or is sacked, party says they aren't "blah, blah, blah", another UKIP candidate says something...

show us your modern-retro crossover bikes

Re: Re: I was after a bike to get me to work, was bored of riding my GT with bouncy forks and knobbly tyres, so decided to get my old speed demon on the road. Didn't cost much and means I have three bikes to pick from now. :)

    Show us your... Overbury's

Here is mine, needs a wash, and a tidy up. It gets used almost daily, no idea on year but guessing it is a later one. Has the name of the original guy who ordered the bike emblazoned onto the frame. Would love to get it resprayed original.

    relacing 1 1/8 steerer with 1 inch?

I've heard of people pressing out the current Inch 1/8 steerer and fitting an Inch steerer kit, with an Inch threadless headset. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be able to say for sure on the best action. What frame is it? As the frame may not have the right dimensions, sizes for sus...

    1990 Overbury's Pioneer E-stay

Re: Re: Cheers, very good of you, I'm pretty proficient at bike repair, fix cars for a living. Built most of my BMX myself, including rear wheel, still going strong after 16+ years. :D Just useless with bike history and what is rare/good/collectable LOL

Hello, I'm new here and have an Overbury's Pioneer!

Re: Hello, I'm new here and have an Overbury's. Cheers retroyetiguy and Gravy Monster, the forks to me are one of the stand out things, along with the smooth joints on some of the tubes. I notice the seat clamp is on the front on mine, many are on the rear. Mine also has the name of the guy...

Hello, I'm new here and have an Overbury's Pioneer!

Re: Hello, I'm new here and have an Overbury's. Cheers Sinnerman, be good to see some pics of yours. :) I love the way the front fork flexes, like a slight suspension shock absorber, presuming it was designed this way. I added the plastics, LOL, I ride a lot, all weathers, I do 10 miles in my...

Hello, I'm new here and have an Overbury's Pioneer!

Re: Re: For the moment, enjoy riding it, I have had the bike for 16 years roughly, I rode it to work years ago, 10 miles a day, then got lazy and drove, the bike sat in the garage and bits got removed or were just worn. This year I decided I missed riding it, was bored of riding my GT Avalanche...
