Okay new update the brakes have no date on them just engraved/stamped with weinmamn made in Western Germany on right side of the rear and 270 stamped on the left side of the rear .
I will take some more photos of the full bike just forgot to lower my resolution so can't post the ones I took...
Marshallucky I will post some full bike photos tomorrow due to it being hand painted and decal less I thought the hardware it was sporting was a better shot at identifying it but I will bear your advice in mind for the future .I've looked through some old catalogues on here and strugle to match...

Yes the 531 decal is far from correct but its the only viking decal kit i could find .I purposely haven't lacquerd over them as will remove if I ever sell the bike .
Unfortunately the front lamp is a battery cheapo from China due to the bike not being worth all that much and it already totalling £180 but I've managed to source an aluminum rear wheel and some new old stock 27" tyres so will change again yet .oh and some period peddles from the scrap yd so I...
