Just received the frame and it appears to be NOS, it has a oiling point on the B/B and rear drop outs are marked Beneli on one side and Cyclo on the other. Anyone heard of them?

Just picked up a JT Rodgers Cock Of The North frame and know very little about it. Does anybody know anything about them or can point me to any links etc?
