I had also no luck with the AZ Adapter on my 1998 Klein Adroit. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6219703 i downloaded this design and did a laser melt 3d aluminium print with a flatmount XT caliper and 160mm disc. 10 Points. In the photo a fast fitment.
