Hi does anyone reproduce these decals at all? I’ve seen one on eBay but not the right colour for my forks. Have messaged them several times but they never reply.
The only image I have is at an angle so I guess it would be difficult to reproduce.
Hi all
Currently trying to restore 98 Marin Rift Zone and noticed a lot of play in front suspension Manitou SX TPC
Have taken it off and think it is the bushings that are worn as there is play if I move it in each hand
A few questions if you can kindly help
1) how can I source replacement...
Hi - after a basic restoration of an old Marin Rift Zone 1998, I took it out for a ride and realised there was play in the front suspension. When i turned in upside down I noticed the bottom dropout nut is missing. Quite how it came off (was the person before me) is another thing.

Wanted - Shimano STX-RC Front Derailleur 34.9 Bottom Pull
My Marin Rift Zone 1998 has so much play in it that it has started to fail to go to lowest cog, and so it needs replacing, ideally with a NOS or VGC with no play in pivots.
Let me know thanks!
Re:
So it turns out that those eBay bits won’t fit as they are 12.7 ID and 15 OD. Luckily I didn’t buy.
Bought a cheap £4 12mm eyelet (OD 14) and fitted it back - all perfect again without the expense of replacing all the parts.
Cheers all
Re:
Thank you - and I need the repair tool as well? Sorry to be a pain to do you have the link to it?
I’ve looked for sellers other items and there’s nothing else
Re:
Really appreciate your help thanks - we have measured the ID of the eyelet and it’s 12mm And 14mm OD. In their description they say comes with 12.7mm bush so will the supplied bit be too big? I’m so confused by it all. Ps all the bike shops I enquiried with for repair weren’t interested...
Re:
Thank you - I may be being stupid so will the eBay link replace both the top hats and the small metal bushing?
One thing I cannot find on the eBay page is the outer diameter of the middle bit of the replacement eBay part (i.e. I don’t know whether it will fit in the hole. It’s an 8mm bolt...
Re:
Hi - I’ve added another pic which shows the insert. OD is 14.3 but too small for me to measure the ID.
Any further advice would be much appreciated
