Just a question why the switch away from the Weinmann rims I'm assuming that you're going to 700c it's not any sort of criticism by the way I like the Weinmann rims personally but it does restrict your tyre pressure and 27"...
Has anybody got a cunning way of overcoming a compromised Weinmann brake lever mount riveted type nut? These are the type that are fitted into drill holes on the bars.
I'd take a picture but I'm not at home. One of them is fine the other is loose and to be frank I think they are a bad idea...

I'm after the last MA2 style rim or wheel in 36 hole please. I might have something you need so a trade might be an option otherwise I'm happy to PayPal money. I'd consider a wheelset or pair but it needs to be in good nick not dished or worn out.

My suggestion would be Campag record hubs with good rims like the MA2 but try to find the later version rims with stainless eyelets...

After trimming up my Regina rim on a Maillard hub on my single speed for I don't know how many times now my mind is made up. Campag Hubs on MA2 rims. I might even push the boundaries of decadence and go large flange. The original single wall Weinmann rims on the Delux hubs on my Super...
