I bought the frame from a friend who collects retro bikes and has many,that he wants to rid has his house is full of them,the likes of original Gary fishers x2 completely original but needs restoring,marins,specialized,claud butlers,saracens,muddy fox,gt,and many more i cant get to to see frames...

The claud butler cape wrath didnt have that seat tube so maybe it was another one then thankyou

I was asking for someone to identify the frame simply,because lots of veteran bikers cant identify it but clearly have already stated that its not a chepo halfords or the like branded bike,theres to much tube streching done in the seat tube for it to be a mass produced piece of,this is people...

Anyway the question was identify not hazard a guess and assume you're right and I'm wrong

The welds are very well done and it is again extremely lightweight most bike centres ive been too think it could be diamondback because of the diamond shape seat tube which seems very unusual cant find anything similar and diamond back hanger fits but not sure its one of them.I really dont think...

Ive rested it on the wheels and forks its 22inch frame extremely extremely lightweight

But the Reebok and jjb frame doesn't have the diamond shaped seat tube
