Hi i have just acquired a set and am looking to learn more about these so if anyone has any info on how to service them that would be great. I hear they have adjustable travel from 80 to 100mm and such. Any info is much appreciated as the awesome archive on here is unfortunately missing any...
Thank for the offer but I have a set of judys myself but am in the process of acquiring some pace forks as will suit the look of the bike better (or so i hope). So will see how i get on with them.
Ive been looking for ages for a nice looking manitou 2,3,4 model with a long steerer tube. My bike uses a 1 1/4" threaded fork so i could make use of a threaded one of these in shorter size but as these are far less common i have purchased some reducer headset cups so i could use a threadless 1...
i have a 1997 animal frame with a girvin chubby fork that i could sell fairly cheap but its missing the rear shock and seatstay part (as i needed it for another bike). i think its a size large though so im guessing maybe not what your after.
I have purchased a nice looking set of rst mozo forks of 1995 manufacture. They have straight dropouts and easton branded lower legs. They however have no working suspension. They move but dont rebound and sit low in there travel. Does anyone know where i can get some new elastomers for this...
i would love these but i need a 200mm or more steerer tube length sadly. i would need to purchase a whole crown and tube replacement so would put these out of my budget. Good luck with the sale though.
