    If you are using XTR, performance wise you can't be Shimano XTR cable set, the one with the coated black teflon inner wires. It is superb, having used both I know where I'd put my money. With respect, Jagwire are good as are Clarks, Transfil is another alternative, if you go down this route...

    I've used hundreds of different greases over 20 plus years, the only grease I don't like is lithium, although cheap, it used to dry out and go powdery and resulted in stuck seat posts, however, that was some years ago, but it was enough for me to not use it again, some have mentioned exus blue...

    The TL-FC21 is longer, same fittings, the TL-FC20 was a bit of a bugger if the chainring bolts were too tight
