The guy who placed the winning bid thought there was cracks in 2 places on the frame so I brought it back home with me. It so happens that my neighbour is a specialist welder, so I asked him for his opinion and he said he could test it for me. My neighbour has dye penetration tested both areas...

And that's correct, especially on a mountain bike where you want a smaller triangle with longer extensions. All I'm saying is that at 5'7" I can ride it with the seat right down, but I wouldn't buy one that size especially not for riding offroad, descending would be a challenge. If someone put...

So they've fixed the rear hanger now and indexed the gears, everything working now. It was only £45 Happy days, it's good to go.
