Rear shock help! I've just had my Marin Alpine trail upgraded well, but found that the rear shock needs replacing. I like to do things as cheaply as possible so have bought a replacement 165mm manitou rear shock off e -bay but no-one seems to know how to get the old one out and then replace it...
