it’s their cross (but we’d now call gravel as it’s quite relaxed) bike that they tried in 2014 for the first time. The dynamo was the road bike but they are rare as hens teeth. Think they were steel where this isn’t. This one goes only ever goes on the road.

Bit modern (2014) but a bit niche too. My orange orange RX that is slowly developing a case of purpleitis. An eBay find a few year back that was NOS - the buyer worked in finance and got it through bike to work that year and never used it. Timewarp condition and still had the clear plastic...

Purple accents. Soon to be wearing purple Hope wheels and rotors (they don’t fit in the ancient avid callipers so I have some black hopes). Also purple chainring bolts.

Plusgas. Lots and lots of it, for a long time, then as much leverage as you can get.

I've got purple Hope on my orange (colour) RX9. There's no white accents on the frame so it's a whole lot of orange paint, and the purple really works. It's like regressing to my inner 90's child. About to put some new (purple) hope wheels on it, which will allow purple rotors as well. Smoke...

If it was bare cable there were little rubber discs that you could slide on back on the day. Maybe something bigger than that but a tight fit. Maybe search rubber o-rings that are a tight fit (0.6mm?) and slide them on?
