that is 1st. gen record calipers with ti recessed nut.. it is not full ti hardware hence not ti calipers (they are usually marked "record titanium")...

Top quality frame, I wish it was my size (i know it is a cliche expression). Whoever buys it is a very lucky man/woman (tall one). And at that price is an absolute steal!!!
