I agree, the fat tubes were pretty unusual at the time and made them stand out from the crowd. One vote for the powder then.

As the title says I am looking for a NOS or very good condition blue anodised 1" quill stem, I would prefer Ringle or something of equal quality. look forward to seeing what is lurking out there :D
