But...prices are creeping up. They seem to have achieved some kind of legitimacy in the s/h chopper market. As the Mk3 stock has risen Mk1&2 prices have fallen.
Regardless - welcome to RB @Davelilly27 :)
Storage wear my ar5e. Looks like wear wear. How does anyone think they can pull this off as NOS? The jockey wheels look worn or at very least encrusted in oily crap. Did they get like this from sitting on a shelf? What total balls.

Complete with Carradice panniers and original receipt - for just over a ton.
(Seller keeping the brooks but supplying original saddle).
I thought Malc Elliot had his bikes made by MB Dronfield and then stickered up in this era. In Field of Fire many of the team moan about the spec of the bikes supplied by ANC for the '87 TdF - that they were customer spec (I took this to mean 531 as an absolute best and not 753).

With Campag as well🙂
People in Tunbridge Wells have too much money. This was listed 5 days ago and hasn't been snapped up yet!
I think its going to stress the top of the seat tube and flare it further open if you used a quill seatpost.
I would try Winston Vaz (Varonha Frameworks). He lists seat lug repair as one of his services. A whole new seat tube from £160. Of course you're going to need paint after that. His...
Oh no! Its a trip to your local framebuilder...fixable in theory but the economics of that might be challenging. Its a bit sus to me that is....wondering if there was a crack there when it was handed on to you? I've seen those bend and distort but not snap like that.
