I just go by ETT. I'm 5'7". Like 54cm ETT road frames.
I like 56 - 58cm ETT MTB frames. That can be found on anything from a 14" Barracuda a2r to a 19.5" Trek 4000. So you never know.

Strangely enough the ground is wet where Kleins were originally made 300 days out of the year. Reckon you could put a pump there :)

I have a 440 fork on my 1997 KHS and like it quite a bit. It does make for laid back angles but I can always jump on my Mongoose IBOC if I want something more snappy.
Wild guess is that 420 fork would be best for your ride.
Still a work in progress. Went with 700c cuz there's a bit of brake sleeve stuck on one of the canti studs. I'm thinking Clement X'Plor USH might be next set of tyres.
