Wow! I didn't realise the bits for it were so expensive. The chap said he had it since new and kept it indoors so not even a bit of rust on it. I think I need to visit our local tip more often :)

That's made my day :D thanks Shaun, I thought id found a bargain, and yeah, its in really good condition for its age. Caught an old chap taking it to the tip cause he cant ride it anymore. Had it off him before he got in the gate :D

Re:Retro Raleigh Esquire. Thanks Shaun, it turns out its a 1979, and yes, its like a gold colour with chrome mudguards back and front. Think I may have got a bargain as I just paid £20 for it.

Hi everyone, ive got a mens Raleigh Esquire, I think its from the 1970s but not sure, its got dynamo lights with the dynamo being in the back wheel, any ideas on age please? Thanks :D
