Can any body sell me their unused or used Shimano screw on sole plates for a few quid. I bought some Taho shoes but it says they are clipless (covers are tear away and not replaceable) only and I want to use mine with normal pedals. It loos like the covers which come with other current Shimano...

Thanks for the encouragement JeRkY, but my knowledge is thin these days, so am looking to buy a whole bike because what might look like a molehill to you is a mountain for me. I'm also looking for something fairly original. I'll just change front fork/susp to disc type for riding.

Thanks Chris Due to my lack of knowledge about these things, I have decided it would be a beter idea to look for a complete bike and have changed my wanted ad accordingly.

I want to get riding again, so I'm looking for a complete Kona or Pace bike from the late 80s early 90s. Please let me know what you have to offer. Cheers
