    Re: Hi, the type third from the right, with the inserts at the bottom of straight blades - do these have a name? I've got a set (in chrome) and am trying to get as much info on them as I can! :D

    Very nice! I've always liked Pro-Flex bikes, but I've been out of biking for so long that I'm sure there are other things that make more sense for me.

    First post (2nd technically)! This is the long suffering main bike, the only bike I ever bought new. Upgrades are: - Pedals (unsure!) - Chain tensioner (unsure!) - Wheels, hand built, Truvative hubs with Vuelta Bomber rims, double butted (DT?) spokes. - eBay cheap but better rear...
