Ok so i was hoping i could pick your brains again i bought a muddy fox which wasn't much good but with your help i got it up and going http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=168801 I have now fitted a new cassette and chain and it ran fine for 2 days lol now the bottom bracket...

Thanks very much CCE i guess ill start by replacing those bits first and see what happens
