Can anyone help me! My rear amp caliper isn’t fully engaging. Is there anywhere I can get something to convert to a modern caliper? My local bike shop says there is nothing they can do.

Can anyone help me find a conversion kit as well. My rear brake will not completely engage and the bike shop I took it too said there is nothing they can do.
