Something very pleasing about the geometry of this. (Maybe also it's the black & chunky tyres... not my usual choice but looks great IMHO) I still can't quite understand how it can be 20" given the head tube looks so small - but I guess the top tube is pretty flat... hmm. Can anyone point me to...

Thanks, much appreciated 🙏 I’ve added a back brake now - although I admit it looks great without! Now looking to source a bigger (34-40T?) and narrow-wide chain ring … and fit a chain keeper (thanks to @CTK ) and then it should be about ready to ride :)

Managed to spend a bit of time on this one yesterday. A bit controversial (I think?) but decided for now to keep it as a parts-bin special - and also to see if I could fashion a 1x setup - using only the parts I had to hand. Cleaned up an old XT mech, stripped a nice White industries crankset...
