    Hi hookooekoo,
    Thanks for all your advice so far. Ive attached my workings out from everything now and am ready to order the spokes. does this all look ok to you? Ive included the spoke length calculator hub dimensions and rim dimensions. Just wondered if you could find the time to check it over for me. Ive had a go at measuring the hub and learned alot so far.

    This is the sort of thing you will be getting, just stick in the correct ERD.
    Remember every bit of text can be clicked on, click away and see what they all mean, the ERD one tells you and gives you a template.
    The Spoke Lengths tells you how to round up and Spoke diameter will be 2.0 not 2.3
    etc.

    Thanks!, its getting clearer to me now, having the technical drawing of the hub helps too. I understand the flange offset, great stuff.
