Hi, I have this frameset .Its fillet brazed.Made in the late 80s. Size is 17 inches C-C. I does not have rack mounts.But could be made into a touring bike. PM if interested.In the states so shipping might be high.

Hi. It has been my experience, when selling bikes and parts for several years. That spring time into summer is good time to sell.I guess people get the itch to ride again or something. I winter i buy more bikes at lower prices to sell in spring.Thats my experience.
