There is one NOS for sale right now in the sales section. Not too sure about the steerer size.

Mate just measured the fork collar and it is 35.5mm. Will take the chance. PM on the way.

Bought a Look Fournales carbon fork off ebay - wrong v brake mounts were supplied. They came with a smaller diameter mount for probably a Pace RC31. Can I clamp them straight onto the carbon legs? I have seen it done but I am a bit not sure. Thanks!
