It measures 15 from the centre of the bottom bracket to the centre of the top tube..but after a quick google thats how you measure road bike frames apparently.. From the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat post tube is 17" How tall is your wife? my mrs is 5'4" Here's my mrs...
