Getting just a little more interesting now though. The V-CC have started taking early mountain bikes on board. So although this one has long gone. Look out for other survivors. I have just rescued one.

Hi Mark, Thanks for the gen. Have taken a photo for you, but not sure how to put it up on here. I am a bit ropey on internet! My first cycle was a 24in frame Coventry Eagle. Tyres would not hold air but at 10 years old who cared... I was so proud of it, all ten bobs worth! Cheers for now. Keith

Hi folks, I have just joined Retro Bike. I have been riding a Falcon Sprint for a good 16 years it was second hand when I bought it. It is black with pink and white logos. Any clues as to the possible year of manufacture? Cheers for now. Keith
