reply hello, go on e bay,put in compression springs,look for euro springs company, then contact joanne through message,ask for spring size. 125mm long 2.34mm wire 22.2mm outside diameter 2.75£ +p&p then cut spring to 45mm,they fit nice. bit of hard work fitting them but they do...

reply yea worked out well,once i found a long reach extension bar and 6 mm hex piece and a very bright torch to see down the fork tube,not as factory,but works well,,

fixed my forks i brought some 3.3mm thick springs from euro springs,i cut them to 45mm inserted them into my forks ,i have the some firmness as if my bike was new,cost 7 pound. the ride height is as it sould be,,sorted.
