    1998 Kona Kilauea

Found this frame on Ebay in rough condition. Powder coated mustard yellow and replaced decals to match original. Not exactly a catalog rebuild, but I gotta ride this thing so Fox fork and clutch derailleur it is. I put an XT 10 speed derailleur on the thing but the secret sauce is the Saint...

I'd buy it stat, except facebook is so sketchy. Anybody know of a good bike shop in Pietra Ligure? Get eyeballs on the thing

1994 Diamond Back Axis - Rescue Build a.k.a. Guest Bike

I know people talk smack about XTR v brakes but I absolutely love the durn things. Kinda feel the same about Mavic 230 TIB rims. I guess a racer could tear either one of those apart in a few minutes, but I'm no racer. RE forks, marzocchi of course, is that a trick question? I dunno, the...

    1986 Ritchey Ultra

Kinda have my eye on House of Looptail's Snake Belly tires (he has a presence on Facebook). He keeps threatening to re-release the Megabyte, although for what I use my Ritchey for, the Snake Belly would be about perfect

Yeah the black cranks really work. What kinda tires are you thinking?

That old 27.5 in 26 debate

All kinds of stuff you can do with the front wheel, but only so much you can do with the rear. You can cram a bigger rim in there, but not a bigger wheel in terms of diameter. Given the limits on diameter, I'd just as soon put a fat (ish) 26" tire back there. I converted a frame like that...

    1991 Bridgestone MB-5 Trailblazer

World's nicest donor bike, ever. Personally I'd swap the saddle over to the Ritchey also. I'd hang on to the wheels too, ya don't run into pristine rims like that every day.

    1995 Lava Dome ATB

I'm typically looking for 50-75mm rise in the handlebars to get myself comfortable on a 90's mtb frame. MX style handlebars work for me, if I'm looking for good handling, and the ability to handle rough terrain. Think Surly Sunrise, VO Klunker, something like that. (The VO Utility Riser...
