Sorry no pictures as i was not stopping on this ride. Sunny day with a blustery wind,did it all on the 52 ring ate two Bananas and a Peanutbutter and Honey sandwich and drank half a Bidon of water. :) Sore bottom and miffed i could'nt do 16 mph as my average,maybe i should dig out my carbon bike...

New threadless BB and new chain and cassette,she's back in the game . :) Rain and wind all day yesterday and this morning was the same,but by midday it all went and out came the sun ! 34 miles.

16 miles 1,181 feet of elevation 9.2 mph avg. Lot of carrying the bike through stingers and brambles on trails long given up on ! Look's like there heading for the tip,but not worth saving. Memorial to a 19 year old Spitfire Pilot .

I gave you a like but that handlebar stem is a crime scene ;)

28 miles and the weather is on the change,back to normal April temps ! :(
