Have a “feather Cycle” head badge vintage believed to be in 50/60s. GB Forged Hidumium Stem, Brev Campagnolo front and back dropouts. Anyone can advise its origin ? Year of manufacturing?

Is the bike sold ? What’s the weight?

I have a vintage road bike with head badges “Feather Cycle” while its rear dropout “Brev Campagnolo” ..... The stem was GB , another very old part. Can anyone share with me it’s origin ? Is it a campy category?
