I’ve never heard of Titanal before. I’d try googling it but I dread to think what it’d turn up. Nice looking frame though even if from the sound of it, it was a flawed manufacturing process.

I really like it as it is. I even like the missing lettering. It makes it look like someone has had an attempt at editing the name, like the graffiti on the side of Alan Partridge’s car.

My new purchase of a USE titanium seatpost spurred me on to use it on my early Sunday morning ride today. I actually got round slightly quicker than I do on my modern bike even stopping briefly to take a couple of photos of it in the early morning sunshine. The forks definitely need a rebuild...

From memory, I think the USE seatposts are all 25.0mm diameter. You then shim them to your seat tube diameter. If Retrobike93 doesn’t buy it. I’m interested. Thanks.

Pease buy it before I do. I’ve had an expensive month having to renew my CAA licence and I’ve got to pay out some more for bodywork on my car. I really don’t need any more vehicles of any description but it doesn’t stop me wanting more.

I love what you’ve done with it. If this is still about in a month or so, I’ll more than likely be very interested. I’ve got to fork out for some paintwork on one of my cars next week so have to mind the pennies until that’s paid for.

I thought I’d post this up on here because I’m pretty pleased with it and no one at home is the slightest bit interested. I did a bit of up cycling and found a use for an old Hope disc with a broken spider and made a clock for my garage. That’s it really.

I’m not a million miles away, just outside Cardiff. I was going to have a ride over on the motorbike for a look but now I’m thinking I might have to bring something with a bit more luggage space.

Thanks. I watched it for a while before deciding to buy it. It was between this frame and an Alpinestars Al Mega frame that was near to where I live. The Alpinestars sold and I just thought bugger it and bought this one.

Flite titanium seat fitted so I don’t have to keep borrowing the seat off my other bike. Like most of my vehicles I think this is a bike that’ll never be finished. There’s always that something different or extra I always want to do. But I’ll call it done for now. Cheers
