Re: And the finished product. Cables and otters changed, new chain, lots of cleaning. Swapped them step but it didn’t fit so put the original and glad I did. It’s still very much original and I even managed to salvage the tyres and inner tubes. I will try and take some better pictures this...

Re: I will try the WD40 dip. All essential park tools and final parts arrived today so I am keen to get it back together and complete. I am thinking of getting hold of a Marin for my next project although I have seen a Raleigh Lizard today which is a bike I really wanted as a kid!!
