Yeah, sorry that would help. It must be a large. I am 6 foot tall and fits great. EDIT - measured its 18 inches BB to centre of TT, 21 to very top of the seat post if that helps anyone.

headset is indeed 1 1/8 threaded. managed to get one for a few quid second hand. still not sorted out an answer for the seatpost query tho. will get it soon enough. Going to build it into a polo bike in the short term and maybe respray it further down the line.
