Thanks Londonclassic. I hesitated, then just went to see it, nice and local to me. Most of the large dark marks are rust converter as opposed to rust, and it looks solid to my eye. Only point of concern is a rattling from the stays when shaking them. Seatpost and stem came out nice and easy...

Hope I’m not derailing the thread, but I just bought a Cotic Solaris with these brakes and they’re in need of a bleed, and I’ve never bled brakes before! Are they really that easy to DIY bleed? I’d be thrilled if so! Thanks
