Just found this thread - glad you're pleased with the bike - wish I'd kept that saddle now! My new 'Rockhopper' came with a white leather pain inducer !

All packaged up - box taped (might have overdone the brown tape!) up

** NOW BOXED READY FOR SHIPMENT ** (Well it's in a box, needs some packing and some tape, but within an hour it's ready to go!)

. . . sorry if you've been waiting for more info about me boxing this bike, but I've been very busy at work & home and haven't had chance to skulk around in Halfrauds bins to look for something suitable . . . . * watch this space !

Frame is 19in from middle of bottom bracket to top of seat post. If I have to box it up, then the price will have to go up, going to be a bit of a ball ache I reckon, but will try out the back of my local Halfords tomorrow and see if I can find a suitable box.

It was a mistake (apparently!), so they backed out. The second chance buyer only wanted to pay £35 even though they bidded to £50 !!

I just read through your thread with your stable listed and saw the same bike in unmolested condition. The decals were on the bike when I got it, so I just left them there. I *have* no idea what it's worth, but have enjoyed you bandying around figures in the £80 range . . . £100 would be nice...

So you like my bike then - any questions gladly answered . . . Oh I have the original stem too, if it's required . . .
