It's not a spring but an elastomer and not weight specific. Dekerf did indeed reSpray it, I sent it back to them for all of the conversion work to be done. Cost a fortune but is a great bike which is why I am sad to let it go but needs must.

Just to be sure the frame measures 16.5" from the centre line of the bottom bracket to the centre line of the top tube and 18.5" from the centre line of the bottom bracket to the top of the top tube. I am a 30" inch inside leg and the bike set up is perfect for me.

@Ian911uk The centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat post does measure 18.5".

Yes that's right, I have a 17.5 inch Dekerf ST singlespeed to sell. It is a 98 ST that in 2006 I had converted by Dekerf into a singlespeed. The conversion included horizontal drop outs, disc mounts, suspension unit refurb and a complete re-spray all done in Vancouver by Dekerf. I know people...
